First Gen Summit (FGS) is an annual national summit of AIESEC in Indonesia that aims for new Management Board (MB) and Local Committee Vice President (LCVP), enabling the new MB and LCVP to commit  to AIESEC Indonesia and its goals by conecting them to the organization and training them on the necessary skills and synergy building knowledge to achieve their Inner and Outer Journey in this term.
